So I wasn't sure what my first story would be. But then it came to me: my first musical audition. Now, I've been on stage before. Heck, I grew up on it. When I was really little, I used to sing and dance on a little stage that was part of my grandma's house. I remember loving Annie to a point where I imitated the dances and memorized the songs. But as I grew older, I guess that love for acting faded. I ended up doing ballet for about six years, and doing chorus for...Well, ever. So I guess when auditions for the Spring musical was announced, it just set a spark off in me.
It was a typical day in my first period Earth and Environmental Science. People were taking a few minutes to doze off before the morning announcements were made. When suddenly,
it was
announced.
And it came to me. FAME. GLORY. FORTUNE. OR JUST EXPERIENCE AND A CHANCE TO DO SOMETHING WITH MY LIFE.
And thus, I skipped merrily off to class.
